This is so Undeveloped

Everyone who knows me well enough quickly figures out that I enjoy listening to music. They also will come to find out that upon asking for recommendations I will immediately mention The Appleseed Cast. I will always feel that this is a must have for any music fan. Recently I bought myself a turntable I also proceeded to purchase all The AC's albums on vinyl. However, the problem arose when I could not find a copy of Mare Vitalis their sophomore album. I quickly realized it was out of print. After e-mailing the record company that pressed their most recent pressing (Graveface Records, I was told that Deep Elm Records owns the rights to that album and they had not requested anymore pressings. This upset me since my collection was incomplete. The Graveface employee (there is only one anyway) did inform me that there were copies still floating around since he still receives royalty (or something like that) checks in the mail. So after a few more weeks and a lucky find I found a used copy in very good condition from an online/ physical store in Chicago. It was a great find and at a normal price instead of the hundreds of dollars people wanted on eBay. So now my collection is complete for the moment when it comes to The Appleseed Cast.

Since the recent purchases I have been listening to the AC's albums more frequent than I have been normally. Every time I listen to them I remember the reasons I enjoy them so much, and as always hear a different nuance in the music. If you have listened to them you understand that their music ranges from the simple to the very layered and complex.
