Computer Engineering

Well, I got the e-mail back from the department and did some research with help from my mother. The list of prerequisite courses that I have to take is pretty long. I still think I should talk to someone in person about all this. I mean basically taking all these courses will give me another bachelors if I do it right or maybe all I would have to do is a seminar or take a few more classes. I think its worth investigating. For those who are curious here is the list.

Math:
Intro to Ordinary Differential Equations
Discrete Mathematical Structures I
This happens to have a prereq of Linear Algebra
Theory of Probablility

Computer Engineering:
Logic and Computing Devices
Electric Circuits I
Computer Organization
Computer Systems Structures
Microcomputer Interfacing
Signals, Systems and Transforms
Electronics I (which I may or may not be able to skip since I took a similar course at Erskine)

Computer Science:
Programming Methodology

All these classes add up to 36 hours not to mention that some of these are lab classes. So more like 40 Hours. OH MY.

This is all before Grad school. Which will be like 4-5 years worth of classes and research and brown nosing the professor. The last part may or may not be necessary.

So that is the update, so far.

All of that would be cool. Except by my calculations you would be roughly 63 years old when you finished school and moved to Cambodia to serve alongside your sister and you wonderful brother in law. 63 is much older than I am now...but I don't know what that means.

We shall chat this week as I finally got a phone that works!

Oh, I forgot to mention that the Mayan calander says that the world will probably end in 2012. Just saying. :)
